No more than three RVs, utility trailers, and watercraft may be stored outside, Only one of these may <br />be a motor home or similar type of RV. <br />2, Lakeshore lots are permitted to have two additional watercraft. <br />3. RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft may not be more than 28' in length or 12' in height. There are <br />limited provisions that would allow a larger RV on your property. Call the City for more information. <br />4. RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft are not allowed in the front yard <br />5. RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft stored outside must be owned by the property owner. <br />6. RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft may not be used for living quarters or connected to utilities. <br />7, RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft must be currently licensed, well-maintained, and operable. <br />8, RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft must be stored farther away from the neighbor's house than the <br />house on the lot where they are stored. <br />9. If RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft are parked in the side yard they must be 10' from the lot line in <br />R-1 Districts, and 5' from the lot line in R-2 or R-3 Districts. If they are visible from the street, they <br />must be screened or parked on a concrete or paved surface. <br />10. If RVs, utility trailers, or watercraft are parked in the rear yard they must be setback at least 10' from <br />the rear lot line. <br />11, On lakeshore lots RVs and utility trailers must be at least 50' and watercraft must be at least 10' from <br />the shoreline. <br />12, Administrative permits are available that would allow alternative storage locations on your property, <br />Call the City for more information. <br />13.
