<br />The language regarding administrative permits was removed from Subdivision 4 because it was <br />redundant. The same regulation is listed in Subdivision 2, Paragraph H, and as a residential lot, <br />riparian lots would fall under the purview of that regulation, <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1.
