Approximately 480 square feet of the proposed addition would encroach into the <br />front yard setback, of this 96 square feet would be above grade and visible from Skiles Lane. <br />Background <br />1. Overview of Request <br />At the December 5, 2007, meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed a request to construct <br />a new below -grade two stall garage at 1455 Skiles Lane. The Planning Commission tabled <br />the application and asked that the applicant consider alternative locations for the proposed <br />garage. In addition, the Planning Commission asked that the applicant provide additional <br />information regarding the location of the oak tree on the lot.
