All p,v3ewed within thirty <br />(30) days shall be deemed approved. <br />1220.04 Appeals Process. Appeals s e made the Planning Commission in writing <br />within fifteen (15) days of the confirmed de of the denial letter for the sign permit <br />application. The Planning Commission shall hold a hearing as soon as practicable but not <br />more than 45 days after confirmed receipt of the appeal to review the appeal and make a <br />Fecommendation to the City Council.
