City of Arden hills Chapter 12 Sign Code <br />Section 1260 — Sign Standard Adjustments <br />1260.01 Sign Standard Adjustments. Adjustments to the requirements and standards for <br />the height, number, type, lighting, area, and/or location of a sign or signs established by <br />this Chapter maybe approved with a Site Plan Review or a Planned Unit Development <br />process as described for in Section 1320 and 1355 of the Zoning Code. This provision shall <br />not be used to permit dynamic signage. In order to approve any sign standard adjustment, <br />the ollowingcriteria of Subd. 1 or Subd. 2 shall be satisfied, and the necessary criteria of <br />Subd. 3 shall be satisfiedw <br />Subd.
