Prior to <br />opening the hearing, staff will present general information regarding construction, standards, and <br />assessments that apply for this project The feasibility report discussed three options for the <br />project; these will also be discussed in more detaiL <br /> <br />Following the public hearing, the City Council must act to approve the project, modify the <br />project or deny the project Per Minnesota state statute, a four-fifths vote is needed for this <br />project to move forward.
