APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councihnember McClung moved and Councihnember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INOUlRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />A. Recognition of Scouts <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant announced the winners of the Girl Scout Gold Award and the Eagle <br />Scout Award. <br />
