Specific additional regulations are established or signs which are unique in <br /> <br />purpose and not easily addressed by district regulations. No person shall place, erect, <br /> <br />modify, or maintain a sign, nor shall a lessee or owner permit property under their control <br /> <br />to be used for such sign, that does not conform to the requirements of this Chapter, and all <br /> <br />other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />1200.04 Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phase of this Chapter is <br /> <br />for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or <br /> <br />enforceability of the remaining portion of this Chapter. The City Council hereby declares <br /> <br />that it would have adopted the Chapter in each section, subsection, sentence, or phase <br /> <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more sections, subjections, sentences, <br /> <br />clauses, or phrases are declared invalid. <br /> <br />12-5 <br /> <br />DRAFT February 19, 2008 <br />
