<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 12 Sign Code <br /> <br />Section 1220 - Permit and Review Process <br /> <br />1220.01 Permit Reqnired. Except for those signs listed in Section 1230.01, no permanent or <br /> <br />temporary sign shall be erected, altered, reconstructed, maintained, or moved in the City <br /> <br />withont obtaining a sign permit from the City. The content of the message or speech <br /> <br />displayed on the sign shall not be considered when approving or denying a sign permit; <br /> <br />however, the content must be submitted to evaluate the sign copy area and to restrict <br /> <br />permanent off-premise signs. A separate sign application shall be required for each sign. <br /> <br />1220.02 Application Process.
