For the pnrpose of regnlating signs, the following nine <br /> <br />District Descrintion <br />1 All residential DroDerties zoned R-l or R-2. <br />2 All non-residential nses in the R-l throngh R-4 zoning <br />districts. <br />3 All residential nronerties zoned R-3 and R-4. <br /> All properties fronting on Connty Road E east of Highway <br />4 51 excent for those oroocrties with frontal!c on Lexinl!ton <br /> Avenue. <br />S All properties fronting on Lexington Avenne Sonth of <br />Interstate 694. <br /> All properties zoned for commercial or industrial use <br />6 frontiDg on Lexington Avenne north ofInterstate 694, <br />properties along Highway 96, and properties located in the <br /> B-1 zonina district. <br /> All properties in the I-Flex, Gateway Bnsiness, or other <br />7 commercial or industrial district without frontage on a <br /> roadwav desi~nated above. <br />8 All Dronerties zoned Neighborhood Bnsiness. <br />9 The-m.rts of the TCAAP area not frontin~ on Hi~hwav 96. <br /> <br /> <br />sign districts are adopted: <br /> <br />1240.02 Permitted Sign Type, Area, Height, and IIInmination by Sign District. All signs <br /> <br />shall conform to the applicable standards in Table One: Sign Standards by Sign District. <br /> <br />The following provisions shall also apply: <br /> <br />Snbd.l Wall Sign.
