<br />LANDSCAPE PLAN <br /> <br />A. CITY REVIEW PROCEDURE <br /> <br />In the submission requirements for some development proposals (such as Site Plan Review, <br />Conditional Use Permit and Planned Unit Development) the following landscape plan <br />requirements shall be followed in addition to the submission requirements for "Landscape <br />Plan" as defined in each type of application. <br /> <br />B. LANDSCAPE PLAN REOUlREMENTS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />General. Name and address of de"eloper..owner. and. contact person; name <br />and address of state-recisteredhindscape architect. or state-certified <br />nurservoerson: date of plani~reparati~n: date and description of all <br />revisions; name of projeet ordeyelopment. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Landscape plan. Scale drawing oCprop6sed landscaping for the site based <br />upon a survey of property lines with: <br />. indication of scale and north poilih <br />. name and alignment of proposed,.fuId existing adjacent on-site <br />streets; <br />. location of all proposed arid existing utility easements and rights- <br />of-way: <br />. lOcation of existing and proposed buildings. parking areas; water <br />bodies: proposed sidewalks and trails. <br />. existing and proposed topographic contours at two-foot intervals; <br />. details of proposed planting beds and foundation plantings: <br />. delineation ofb6th sodded and seeded area; <br />. location and identification of proposed landscape or manmade <br />materials used to provide screening from adjacent and <br />neighboring properties; <br />. location and identification of existing trees: <br />. details of fences. tie walls. planting boxes. retaining walls. benns <br />and other landscape improvements in legible scale; <br />. location of landscape islands and planter beds with identification <br />of plant materials used. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Planting schedule. A table containing the common names and botanical <br />names. size of plant materials. root specifications. quantities. and special <br />planting instructions. <br /> <br />C.
