<br />B. Short-Term Parking with Permit. Administrative permits for a period of up <br />to seven (7) days, renewable once during a twelve (12) month period, may be <br />obtained from the Zoning Administrator that would permit a licensed and <br />operable RV, utility trailer, riding lawn mower, or watercraft to park in the <br />driveway, provided it is not within five (5) feet of the curb or, if there is no <br />curb, the edge of the road driving surface, and does not encroach upon a <br />pedestrian walkway. This permit would allow a motor home or other similar <br />vehicle to be connected to water and electricity. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Riparian Residential Lots. <br /> <br />A. In addition to RV, utility trailer, riding lawn mower, and watercraft storage <br />permitted by Section 1325.12 Subd. 2, the owner or occupant of a riparian lot <br />is permitted to store two (2) additional watercraft. <br /> <br />B. RVs, riding lawn mowers, and utility trailers shall not be stored within fifty <br />(50) feet of the shoreline. <br /> <br />c.
