At the February 13, 2008, City Council work session, the Council reviewed an updated concept <br />plan and provided comments and feedback to staff, Ramsey County and MnDOY. It is <br />anticipated that the Council's comments will be incorporated into a document that sets the <br />guidelines and parameters for preliminary design to move the process forward. This document <br />will be brought to the City Council at a future work session and future Council meeting for <br />consideration and approvaL <br /> <br />Environmental Characterization & Demolition <br /> <br />. The draft form of the sample results for abatement of hazardous materials for demolition purposes <br />are completed. A meeting between the City, Barr Engineering, their sub consultants AES, and <br />RRLD and their environmental consultants has been scheduled for February 27, 2008 to review <br />the data and estimates. It is anticipated that Barr Engineering will provide the Council a <br />memorandum outlining their conclusions of the testing and abatement estimates prior to the <br />information being provided to the Anny/GSA for purposes of negotiations. <br /> <br />Project Status Memo <br /> <br />I <br />
