<br />Section 1220 - Permit and Review Process <br /> <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 12 Sign Code <br /> <br />1220.01 Permit Required. Except for those signs listed in Section 1230.01, no sign shall be <br /> <br />erected, altered, reconstructed, maintained, moved, or enhanced in the City without <br /> <br />obtaining a sign permit from the City. The content ofthe message or speech displayed on <br /> <br />the sign shall not be considered when approving or denying a sign permit; however, the <br /> <br />content must be submitted to evaluate the sign copy area and to restrict permanent off- <br /> <br />premise signs. A separate sigu application shall be required for each sign. <br /> <br />1220.02 Applicatiou Process. An application for a sign permit shall be on the City's official <br /> <br />sign application. Unless waived by the City Administrator or their designee, each <br /> <br />application shall contain the following information or it shall be considered incomplete: <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Name, signature, address, and phone number ofthe property owuer <br /> <br />(required). <br /> <br />Subd.2 Name, signature, address, and phone number of the applicant (if different <br /> <br />than the property owner). <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Parcel ID ofthe property. <br /> <br />12-13 <br />Adopted: March 10, 2008 <br />
