<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills as follows: <br /> <br />I. The City approves the Position Paper. <br /> <br />2. City staff, consultants and the Mayor and Interim City Administrator are <br />authorized and directed to take all actions and execute any documents necessary to carry out the <br />intent of this resolution, including without limitation delivery of a copy of this resolution to <br />MnDOT and the County. <br /> <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills this 3] 51 day of March, 2008. <br /> <br />Stanley D.
