COMl'ANY <br /> <br />Following are some of the traffic studies Mike Spack has prepared at Spack Consulting in 2007. <br /> <br />Astra Village Brooklyn Park, MN <br />This 150 acre deveiopment is planned to contain a 1,924,000 square feet of office space, 1,100 housing <br />units, 92,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, and 150 hotel rooms. The site is located along <br />Zane Avenue south of Highway 610. The traffic study being prepared will be included in an EIS. <br /> <br />Elk Run Pine Island, MN <br />This 5,000+ acre development is planned to contain a 1,700,000 square foot bio-science park, <br />approximately 1,500,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, over 1,500 single family homes, a new <br />high school, and a 75 acre healthy living campus. The site is located along Highway 52 north of <br />Oronoco. A component of the roadway network design includes a new interchange. The traffic study <br />being prepared will be included in an AUAR. <br /> <br />Grindstone River Plaza Hinckley, MN <br />This 220 acre commercial/retail project is iocated immediately north of Grand Casino Hinckley. A traffic <br />study was prepared for the site and will be included in an AUAR. <br /> <br />Brookdale Expansion Brooklyn Center, MN <br />A WalMart Supercenter is proposed to replace the closed Mervyn's store at the mall. A traffic study was <br />prepared to analyze the impacts of Hennepin County vacating one of the access points to the mall in <br />combination with the WalMart and an additional 100,000 square feet of outlot buildings. <br /> <br />Norris Marketplace Cottage Grove, MN <br />Norris Marketplace is a mixed use development proposed on the southwest corner of Hadley Avenue and <br />Grange Boulevard in Cottage Grove, MN. A traffic study was prepared to analyze the impacts of <br />developing approximately 36,000 square feet of office/medical clinic space and 37,000 square feet of <br />commercial/retail space. <br /> <br />Tamarack Hills Woodbury, MN <br />This development is proposed to contain approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial, retail, hotel, <br />office, and warehouse space. The site is located at the I-494jTamarack Road interchange in Woodbury. <br />A traffic study was prepared to analyze the traffic impacts of the development. The study was also used <br />in an EAW. <br /> <br />St. Jude Corporate Headquarters Little Canada, MN <br />St. Jude's is planning a 350,000 square foot expansion to their corporate headquarters campus on County <br />Road 62 in Little Canada. A traffic study was prepared to analyze the traffic impacts of the expansion on <br />the County Road 62 corridor and Rice Street corridors near the St. Jude campus. The study was also <br />used in an EAW. <br /> <br />Victoria Mixed Use Project EAW Victoria, MN <br />This mixed use development is proposed to contain City Hall & Library totaling 14,600 square feet, <br />Commercial/Retail/Office totaling 91,900 square feet, 200 Apartment Units, 170 Senior Condominium <br />Units, and a 100 Room Hotel. A traffic study was prepared that analyzed the traffic impacts of the <br />development. The study was also used in an EAW. <br /> <br />Arden Hills Small Area Plan for the 82 District 7-1 3 <br />
