Highway 10 and County Road 96 Preliminary <br />I ksign Issues and Position Paper ("Position Paper") at the "'larch 3 1.2008 City Council <br />mecting. City staff has provided the document to Mn/DOT and Ramsey County. Per the City <br />Council" s approval, also at the March 3 L 2008 City Council meeting, City staff has retained <br />Bolton 8: Menk. Inc.. to assist the City in providing technical support fl.lr these transp0l1ation <br />related projects. <br /> <br />In an em>rt to keep the City Council intill"ll1ed and the projects on schedule. City staff and <br />consultants will provide new inlill"ll1ation and any responses regarding the Position Paper to the <br />City Council as it is received. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br />City staff met with Ramsey County and Mn/DOT on April 4. 2008, to provide them the approved <br />Position Paper and request a response. At the meeting, we discussed the process tilr developing <br />a federally funded highway project and what steps arc necessary to move the project jilrlvard.
