The City, RRLD and the GSAlArmy will be having a conference call on April 15,2008 at 10:00 <br />a.m. to discuss: (I) Attorney call updates, (2) City update on highway projects, etc., (3) Status of <br />field sampling report, (4) June meeting dates, (5) Status updates from Army on Sites I and K; and <br />(6) Status of the NEP A process. <br /> <br />Hwy 10 aud County Road 96 <br /> <br />. On March 3 I, 2008, the City Council approved a position paper that sets the guidelines and <br />parameters for preliminary design to move forward. On April 14,2008 the Council will review <br />information and reports developed to respond to some of the design constraint issues and to <br />provide staff direction on how to proceed. <br /> <br />Environmental <br /> <br />. On March 3 I, 2008, Staff informed the Council that the Army is moving forward with plans to <br />cleanup Sites I and K to state industrial standards. A map of the sites for Council reference was <br />not available at that time and has since been produced (see attached map). <br /> <br />Communication Strategy <br /> <br />. The draft plan will be presented to the City Council for review and comment at the April 14, 2008 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Engineering Consultant <br /> <br />. At the March 31, 2008, Council meeting, the Council approved utilizing Bolten and Menk to <br />review the information and plans related to transportation improvements to Highway 10 and <br />County Road 96, local access into TCAAP from Highway 10 and the Interstate 694 project <br />related to the noise study and mitigation measures. <br /> <br />Project Status Memo <br />
