<br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />~: April 14, 2008 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 29, 2008; 8:30 AM <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, SMALL CONFERENCE ROOM <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 8:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Stan Harpstead; Councilmembers David Grant, Brenda Holden, <br />David McClung, Fran Holmes. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead moved approval of the agenda (seconded by Councilmember Holden) <br />containing one item; interview of three prospective candidates for position of City Administrator. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />City Council interviewed three candidates at 8:30 am, 10:30 am and II :30 am, for one hour <br />each. Note: The candidate scheduled at 9:30 am called to re-schedule and met instead at 11:30 <br />am. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br />adjourn the meeting.
