Therefore, the <br />preliminary, unapproved land use data for TCAAP has been included. <br />Upon selection of a land use plan, this Comprehensive Plan will be <br />amended to reflect the approved land use designations in TCMP. <br /> <br />The future land use map currently includes just two land uses, Mixed <br />Business and Mixed Residential (MAP). There will be institutional uses, <br />parks, wetlands, and arterial roads on the property: however, their exact <br />locations have not been determined. Housing types will likely include single family <br />homes, townhomes, senior housing, apartments, and condos, though <br />market conditions will impact what can be built. As of February 2008, the <br />unapproved concept plan included approximately 1,750 housing units on <br />168 acres (parks and wetlands have not been removed from this acreage) <br />for an average potential density of 10.4 units per acre.
