The Council has not given me authority for any specific settlement <br />scenario in advance of a proposal from Plaintiff. However, the City is participating in this <br />mediation in good faith and will consider any settlement proposal arising from the mediation <br />process. <br /> <br />If you have any questions in advance of the mediation, I would be glad to attempt to <br />answer them on behalf of the City.
