<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-023 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF ARDEN HILLS AND VISIT MINNEAPOLIS NORTH CONVENTION AND <br />VISITORS BUREAU TO COLLECT THE THREE PERCENT LODGING TAX <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is a party to that certain Convention and <br />Visitors Bureau Agreement dated December 16, 2004 ("Agreement"); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to terminate its participation in the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Arden Hills City Council: <br /> <br /> <br />I. That the City terminates the Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the termination shall become <br />effective December 3 1,2009. <br /> <br />3.
