<br />City of Arden Hilts Chapter 13 Zoning Code <br /> <br />Section 1320 - District Provisions <br /> <br />1320.01 Establishment of Districts. The zoning districts designated herein are hereby <br />established so as to assist the City in carrying out the intent and purpose of its Comprehensive <br />Development Plan for the City and to control development in a marmer consistent with the <br />provisions of adequate public services and utilities. <br /> <br />1320.02 Designation of Zoning Districts. For the purposes of this Code the City of Arden <br />Hills is hereby divided into the following zoning districts: <br /> <br />R-l <br />R-2 <br />R-3 <br />R-4 <br />B-1 <br />B-2 <br />B-3 <br />B-4 <br />NB <br />CC <br />GB <br />I-I <br />1-2 <br />I-Flex <br />PUD <br /> <br />Single Family Residential District <br />Single and Two-Family Residential District <br />Townhouse and Low Density Multiple Dwelling District <br />Multiple Dwelling District <br />Limited Business District <br />General Business District <br />Service Business District <br />Retail Center District <br />NB District <br />Civic Center District <br />Gateway Business District <br />Limited Industrial District <br />General Industrial District <br />I-Flex District <br />Plarmed Unit Developrnent Overlay District <br /> <br />1320.03 Allowable Uses. Uses allowed in any district. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Permitted Principal Uses (P) - Those uses that are allowed as a matter of <br />right and multiple operation uses, as defined herein, if at least one of the operations is <br />a permitted use and none of the operations is classified as a conditional use. <br />Permitted multiple family residential, business or industrial uses are required to <br />submit a site plan in accordance with the requirements in Section 1355. <br /> <br />Subd.2 Conditional Uses (S) - Those uses that are allowed only after issuance of a <br />Conditional Use Permit as required in Section 1355. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses may included those uses that are: <br /> <br />A. Listed as conditional uses on the Land Use Chart (1320.05) <br /> <br />B.
