The primary components of this plan remain the same. The applicant is still proposing to <br />construct two dugouts which would have a footprint of 576 square feet together, and a safety <br />fence that would surround the ball field and range from eight feet to twenty-five feet in <br />height. The ball field would be located in the southwest portion of the current athletic fields. <br />A number of conditions have been added based on the response from the school as a result of <br />the community meetings. The applicant is aware of these conditions. <br />The applicant has submitted a letter outlining the concerns from the residents raised at the <br />April 2 meeting, and the measures being taken to address them (Attachment A).
