City of Arden Hills - Comprehensive Plan - DRAFT <br />household and employment forecasts unattainable Based on the preliminary <br />densities for residential development on the TCAAP property the City anticipates <br />that the 2020 forecasted numbers are the maximum achievable for Arden Hills.
