<br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY , MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-024 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR THE 2008 <br />PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Primary Election is September 9; 2008 and the State <br />General Election is November 4, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 2048.16, Subd. ] requires the City Council, by <br />ordinance or resolution, to designate the polling places for the City for these elections. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 Subd. 3 requires polling place changes <br />to be made at least ninety (90) days prior to the State primary. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council <br />hereby designates the following precincts and polling places: <br /> <br />Precinct No. 1 <br /> <br />Precinct No.2 <br /> <br />Precinct No.3 <br /> <br />Precinct No.4 <br /> <br />Presbyterian Church of the Way <br />3883 North Lexington Avenue <br />Shoreview, Minnesota 55]26 <br /> <br />Presbyterian Homes <br />3220 Lake Johanna Boulevard <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112 <br /> <br />Valentine Hills Elementary School <br />1770 West County Road E2 <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112 <br /> <br />Ramsey County Public Works Facility <br />]425 Paul Kirkwold Drive <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota 55] 12 <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 12th DAY OF MAY, 2008. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Stanley D.
