Will you be able to attend the steering committee meetings? <br /> <br />At the time this memorandum was written, Dick Eckert and Sheldon Bruce had responded <br />(Attached). All ofthe potential nominees were informed of the May 6,2008, steering committee <br />meeting. Mr. Bruce was in attendance at the steering committee meeting. <br /> <br />Any of the above six names or additional names can be nominated by the Mayor and voted on by <br />the City Council at the Council meeting. In order to stay on schedule, any additional steering <br />committee members should be appointed at the May 12, 2008, City Council meeting. There will <br />be at least two community meetings where anyone can attend and participate even if they are not <br />on the steering committee. Christine Pistotnik, 1163 Benton Way <br /> <br />Meetin!!: Schedule <br /> <br />The first steering committee meeting was held on Tuesday, May 6 at 6:30 PM at City Hall. The <br />first community meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at 6:30 in the Marsden <br />Conference room at the Public Works facility.
