<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-027 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RONALD J. MOORSE AS CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a number of applications for the position <br />of City Administrator, which were reviewed and evaluated by Mr. Harry Brull of <br />Personnel Decisions, Inc. at the direction of the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a number of semifinalist applicants were presented to the Council <br />for consideration by Mr. Brull following his review of their respective qualifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council selected and conducted interviews with three <br />finalist candidates and has unanimously selected Mr. Ronald J. Moorse as the preferred <br />candidate for the position of City Administrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Moorse has agreed to accept appointment to the position of City <br />Administrator effective on or about May 19, 200S. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council <br />hereby appoints Mr. Ronald J. Moorse as City Administrator of the City of Arden Hills <br />effective on or about May 19, 200S subject to the execution of an Employment <br />Agreement with Mr. Moorse <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HI <br />THIS 12th DAY OF MAY, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br />........., <br /> <br />yor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br />.
