<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - April 28, 2008 <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that this was correct but the majority of stations prior to <br />consolidation did not have it either. This is just an enhancement that is anticipated. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked for an additional update after the May 2 I, 2008 meeting. <br /> <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REOUESTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked for an update regarding the City's street sweeping efforts. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that due to the rain the City was about three quarters of the <br />way completed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested an update on the 1&1 project and the inspection of the <br />manhole covers at the May 12, 2008 meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested that the TCAAP Update be moved up in the meeting in an <br />effort to allow Ms. Kvilvang to present so that she did not have to wait until the end of the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that this could be done. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked if the font size used in the Request for Council Action forms <br />could be increased for future meetings. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Simon stated that these forms were in the process of being <br />reformatted and that the new forms would be used at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked Public Works Director Hoag to talk with Civil engineer Kristine <br />Giga about the Siems Court intersection and the large amount of water coming across Lake <br />Johanna Blvd. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked for clarification regarding the 2008 New Bri Tri and the streets <br />that would be affected and the times. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Simon stated that he would forward a list of streets and that this <br />would be in the morning on June 7, 2008. He also stated that a notice would be sent to al the <br />residents that would be affected. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked that the smart board be turned to face the audience for future <br />meetings and if the projector was fixed yet. <br /> <br />City Planner Lehnhoff stated that he was receiving quotes for fixing the projector. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested an update regarding a signed agreement with Presbyterian <br />Homes and the lift station issue. <br />
