Tenant, at all times during this Lease, shall have access to the Leased <br />Premises in order to install, operate, and maintain its Accessory Building <br />Communication Antenna Facilities. Tenant shall have access to the Water Tower <br />only with the approval of Landlord. Tenant shall request access to the Water <br />Tower twenty-four (24) hours in advance, except in an emergency, in which <br />event, Tenant may access the Water Tower and notify the Landlord as soon as <br />reasonably practicable thereafter. In the event it iSl1~8essary for Tenant to have <br />access to the Water Tower at some time other th~ithe normal working hours of <br />Landlord, Landlord may charge Tenant for its'!eri1pIDyees' wages that Landlord <br />may incur in providing such access to Tenallt,'providedthat such wages do not <br />exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour. <br /> <br />(j). Payment of Utilities.
