The City Council unanimously voted to approve the Conditional Use Permit and Lease <br />Agreement to allow T -Mobile Communications to install nine panel antennas and construct a <br />ground structure to house equipment at the Pernwood City water Tower site. T -Mobile will <br />maintain ownership and responsibility for the ground structure. The Planning Commission <br />unanimously voted to recommend approval of this item at their March 51, 20081, meeting. <br />Other Planninp, Related Updates <br />Northwestern College has been issued their grading and erosion control permits from the City of <br />Arden Hills and their building permits from the City of Roseville for the construction of their <br />parking lot and roadway. Landscaping has already begun to be planted near the construction <br />area. It is anticipated that they will begin grading once the City Inspector has determined that all <br />the required landscaping is in place and the erosion control and tree protection measures are in <br />place. <br />Planning Case 08-005 for a Preliminary and Final Plat of the Traverse Business Center has been <br />delayed due to scheduling conflicts and negotiations over the park dedication fee. It is <br />anticipated that this item will come before the City Council at their June 9, 2008, meeting. <br />The B-2 Steering Committee has begun the process of developing the Small Area Plan for the B- <br />2 District. Commissioner Modesette is one of the committee members. A community meeting <br />was held on May 20 to being the visioning process for the area. Approximately 70-80 residents <br />and business owners participated.
