Unreasonabie acceteratton of any motor vehicie on any <br /> pub~ic or private road or way within the Viilage of Arden Nitls, as <br /> <br /> unreasonable acceieration is herein defined, is hereby declared to <br /> <br /> be a publ(c nuisance and is prohibii-ed. <br /> <br /> Sec-tion 2. Unreasonable acceleration of a mofior vehicle is hereby <br /> defined as acceloration without apparent reason, and accomplished <br /> <br /> in such manner as to cause squealing or screeching sounds by the fiires <br /> <br /> or 1-he throwing of sand or gravel by the ttres of said vehicle or both. <br /> <br /> Prima tacie evidence of such unnecessary and unreasonable accelera- <br /> tion shall be squealing or screeching sounds emitted by fihe tires or <br /> <br /> the thr-owing or Sand or gravel by the tires of sald vehicle or boi-h. <br /> <br /> Section 3_ PenaltY.
