AmendmenT of Ordinance No. 99 Rezoning <br /> ProperTy Located at 3151 Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 99, the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, a proceeding to rezone the property <br /> legally described below was initiaTed by applicationfiled wiTh the Clerk-Administrator. A public hearing to <br /> review said application was held by the Planning <br /> Commission on August 3, 1976. Upon the recom- <br /> mendations of the Planning Commission, dated <br /> February 1, 1977, Ordinance No. 99 and the Zoning <br /> DisiricT Map of Artlen Hills, which is a parT of said <br /> Ordinance, are hereby a m ended to reflect ihat the <br /> following described.parcel of land is hereby rezoned <br /> from "R-2" to "R-B": <br /> Beginning at the SE corner of the SW I/a of SecTion 33, <br /> Township 30, Range 23, according To the GovernmenT <br /> survey ihereof; ihence Norih on the East line of said SW <br /> 1/4 a tlistance of 305 feeT; ihence aT righT angles West to <br /> the centerof the St. Paul and New Brighton Road which <br /> runs diagonally from the SE to the NW corner of the <br /> EasT V2of said SW Ua; ihence SE along the center of said <br /> road to the South line of said Section 33; ihence East on <br /> the South I ine of said Section 33 to the poini of beginning, <br /> and ihere terminating. <br /> On the next reprinting of said Ordinance No. 99 and-or <br /> the Zoning Disirict Map included Therein, the Zoning <br /> Adminisirator is hereby direcTed To have the Zoning <br /> District Map changed to reflect the rezoning of the <br /> aforedescribed parcel ot land. <br /> Section 2.
