i <br /> <br /> f <br /> <br /> AMUSEMENTS, PARK,S AND RECREATION § 4-38 <br /> <br /> lawful gambling activities to be conducted in the city <br /> during the year in which the permit renewal will be <br /> effective. <br /> (2) Any organization applying for a new permit which will be <br /> effective after January 1, 1991, shall provide the city with <br /> a certified statement containing the organization's projec- <br /> tion of gross receipts and total prizes for all lawful gam- <br /> bling activities to be conducted in the city during the year <br /> in which the permit will be effective. <br /> (Ord. Lawful gambling fund. <br /> All organizations permitted to conduct lawful gambling within <br /> the city shall contribute ten (10) per cent of their net profits de- <br /> rived from lawful gambling activities within the city to a special <br /> fund to be administered by the city council for lawful purposes. <br /> Payments to the fund shall be calculated for quarterly periods <br /> ending on the last days of March, June, September and December <br /> of each year. Quarterly installment payments shall be submitted <br /> together with verifiable supporting documentation, not later than <br /> the twentieth day of the month following the end of the quarterly <br /> period. Location of lawful gambling operations. <br /> All lawful gambling activities authorized by a board-issued Class <br /> A license shall be conducted on the same premises. A.11 lawful <br /> gambling activities authorized by a board-issued Class B license <br /> shall be conducted on premises which have also been issued valid <br /> on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses. All lawful gambling activi- <br /> ties authorized by a board-issued Class C license shall be con- <br /> ducted at a church, school or auditorium. (Ord. No. 265, § 5-7, <br /> 12-11-89; Ord.
