A <br /> minimum four (4) inch liner ahall then be installed from the <br /> surface to the bottom of the five (5) inch hole, and the <br /> bottom ten (10) feet shall be grouted in place. The nominal <br /> four (4) inch open hole shall be continued into the water- <br /> bearing formation such diatance as is necessary to provide <br /> the required water supply.
