Open burning prohibited. <br /> <br /> No person shall dispose of refuse by open burning, or <br /> cause, suffer, allow or permit open burning of refuse in the <br /> city. <br /> "Refuse" as used herein shall have the meaning as <br /> defined in Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Solid Waate <br /> Regulation SW 1(12), which definition is hereby adopted by <br /> reference pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 471.62, as <br /> amended, and three (3) copies thereof ahall be filed by the <br /> clerk-administrator and kept available for public use and <br /> examination. Adoption. <br /> The Minnesota Uniform Fire Code (including the Uniform Fire <br /> Code, 1982 edition as promulgated and amended by the Interna- <br /> tional Conference of Building Officials and the Western Fire <br /> Chiefa Association) as now established and hereafter amended by <br /> the state fire marshal division of the Minnesota Department of <br /> Public SafetY in regulations adoPted Pursuant to the mandate of <br /> Section 299F.011 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended which shall <br /> hereinafter be called the "fire code," is hereby adopted by the <br /> city for the purpose of prescribing regulations goyerning condi- <br /> tions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion. Every <br /> provision contained in the fire code is incorporated herein by <br /> reference and shall be as much a part of this article as though it <br /> had been setforth in full herein. At least two (2) copies of the fire <br /> code, so adopted, shall at the time of passage hereof be marked as <br /> official copies and filed in the office of the clerk-administrator of <br /> the city.
