<br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> § 9.5-41 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> ARTICLE IV. ADMINISTR.ATION <br /> Sec. 9.5-41. Building permits. <br /> <br /> (A) Building permit required. A building permit issued by <br /> the administrator in conformity with the provisions of this <br /> chapter shall be secured prior to the erection, addition or <br /> alteration of any building, structure or portion thereof; prior <br /> to the use or change of use of a building, structure, or land; <br /> prior to the change or extension of a nonconforming use. <br /> (B) Application for building permit. Application for a <br /> building permit shall be made to the administrator on forms <br /> furnished by him/her and shall include the following where <br /> applicable: Plans drawn to scale, showing the nature, <br /> location, dimensions and elevations of the lot; existing or <br /> proposed structures, fill or storage of materials; and the <br /> location of the foregoing in relation to the stream channel. <br /> The site plan review procedure specified in Section VIIIE of <br /> the zoning ordinance [Appendix A of this Code] shall be <br /> followed for nonresidential buildings and uses. (Ord. No. <br /> 218, § 7(A), 5-26-81) <br /> Sec. 9.5-42. Special use permits. <br /> (a) Permit Required. A special use permit shall be required <br /> for all structures and uses so designated by the provisions <br /> of this chapter. <br /> (b) Application for Special Use Permit. Application for a <br /> special use permit shall be made to the administrator in <br /> accordance with the procedure specified in Section VIIIC of <br /> the zoning ordinance [Appendix A]. In addition to the <br /> documentation required therein, the following information <br /> may be required at the discretion of the administrator: <br /> (1) A typical ualley cross section, showing the channel of <br /> the stream, elevation of land areas adjoining each side <br /> of the channel, cross-sectional areas to be occupied by <br /> the proposed development and high water informa- <br /> tion. <br /> Supp. No. 3 <br /> 554 <br />
