Direction of travel during unrestricted <br /> epeed times. <br /> Within the open speed zone, during the houra in which <br /> unrestricted operating speeds are permitted, all motorboats <br /> shall travel and be operated in a counterclockwise direction <br /> around Lake Johanna. Nonsanctioned racing prohibited. <br /> Racing, that is the participation of two (2) or more <br /> operators of motorboats operating their motorboata in a <br /> competition of speed, shall be prohibited on the waters of <br /> Lake Johanna unless the same takea place as part of a <br /> scheduled or public race, regatta, tournament or other <br /> competition or exhibition duly sanctioned by the county <br /> sheriff pursuant to Section 36120 of the Minnesota Statutea, <br /> I as amended.
