<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 13-3 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> activity or occupation, any person shall be subject to the <br /> requirements of this chapter if by himself or through an <br /> agent, employee or partner, he holds himself forth as being <br /> engaged in the business or occupation, or solicits patronage <br /> therefor, actively or passively, or performs or attempts to <br /> perform any part of such business or occupation in the city. <br /> Sec. 13-4. Applications generally. <br /> Applications for all licenses required by this Code shall be <br /> made in writing to the clerk-administrator in the absence of <br /> any specific provision to the contrary. Each application <br /> shall state the name of the applicant; the license desired; the <br /> location to be used, if any; the time covered; and the fee to <br /> be paid; and each application shall contain such additional <br /> information as may be needed for the proper guidance of the <br /> city officials in the issuing of the license applied for. (Ord. <br /> No. 162, § 3, 11-13-72) <br /> Sec. 13-5. Forms. <br /> Forms for all licenses, and applications therefor, shall be <br /> prepared and kept on file by the clerk-administrator. <br /> Sec. 13-6. Liability insurance. <br /> (a) Where required by any other provision of this Code, no <br /> license shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter <br /> unless the applicant shall furniah proof of liability <br /> insurance. <br /> (b) In each case the liability insurance policy or a <br /> certificate thereof shall be filed with the clerk-administrator <br /> and shall be kept in full force and effect during the terms of <br /> any subject license. Such policy shall be with an inaurance <br /> company authorized to do businesa in this state; shall show <br /> at least the limits required bY the aPProPriate Provision of <br /> this Code; and shall also contain a provision that the policy , <br /> shall not be cancelled until after thirty (30) days' written <br /> ' notice to the city of such intended cancellation, and within <br /> such time the licensee must obtain and file proof of new or i <br /> Supp. No. 21 740 <br />
