Restraining actions. <br /> In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of thia <br /> chapter, the council, or any member thereof, in addition to <br /> other remedies, may institute appropriate actions or <br /> proceedinga to prevent, reatrain, correct, or abate such <br /> violations of threatened violations. Conflicts. <br /> <br /> The provisions of this chapter shall be considered <br /> supplementary to the zoning ordinance and the building <br /> code, as both have been amended. In case of inconaistency <br /> between this chapter and any other provision of this Code <br /> or city ordinance, including those juat cited, this chapter <br /> shall govern. (Ord. Location outside courts restricted. <br /> No person shall park or occupy a mobile home on any <br /> land situated outside an approved mobile home court, <br /> subject to the following exceptions: <br /> (a) Temporary maintenance of a mobile home for <br /> business purposes on the business premises or <br /> adjacent property where the mobile home is used in <br /> connection with work on the premises. <br /> (b) Use of the mobile home as a temporary dwelling on <br /> premises where the occupants of the home are <br /> constructing, reconatructing or altering a permanent <br /> structure. <br /> (c) Permits for such excepted mobile home use may be <br /> issued by the buitding inspector for a period not to <br /> exceed ninety (90) days if the conditions stated herein <br /> 3upp. No. 9 $12 <br /> <br /> <br /> ~ <br />
