The application shall be <br /> accompanied by six (6) copiea of all plans and shall <br /> indicate: <br /> (a) Location and size of the mobile home court. <br /> <br /> (b) Location, size and topography of all mobile home lots, <br /> mobile home stands, storage areas, recreation areas, <br /> roadways, parking spaces and sites and all setback <br /> dimensions. <br /> (c) Detailed landacaping plans and specifications. <br /> (d) Location and width of sidewalks. <br /> (e) Plans for sanitary sewage disposal, surface drainage, <br /> water systems, electrical service, telephone service and <br /> gas service. <br /> ~(f) Plans for an overhead street lighting syatem shall be <br /> submitted for approval by the city engineer. <br /> (g) The method of disposing of garbage and refuse. <br /> (h) Location and size of all streets abutting the mobile <br /> home court and all driveways from such streeta to the <br /> court. <br /> (i) Plans and specifications for all road construction <br /> either within the court or directly related to court <br /> operation. <br /> (j) Floor plans and elevations of all buildinga to be <br /> constructed within the mobile home court. <br /> y(k) Detailed description of maintenance procedures and <br /> grounds supervision. <br /> <br /> (1) Complete data as to dwelling unit sizes and ratio of <br /> units to total lot space. <br /> (m) Such other information as may be required or requested <br /> by the city.
