The recreational area shall be <br /> a minimum of ten (10) per cent of the land area of the entire <br /> court. All equipment installed in such an area shall be <br /> owned and maintained by the owner or operator at his own <br /> expense. (Ord. No. 147, § 4.4, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-60. Fire hydrants. <br /> Fire hydrants shall be provided in mobile home courts as <br /> required by the city engineer, and approved by the fire <br /> chief. (Ord. No. 147, § 4.5, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-61. Storage areas. <br /> <br /> All mobile home courts ahall have an area or areas set <br /> aside for dead storage. The storage area shall be screened. <br /> (Ord. No. 147, § 4.6, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-62, Fencing, vegetation around perimeter. <br /> A landacaped area with minimum depth of fifty (50) feet <br /> shall be maintained around the perimeter of each mobile <br /> home court. In addition thereto, all mobile home courts <br /> shall be provided with five (5) foot high fencea and natural <br /> growth along the property boundary lines, not less than two <br /> (2) feet, six (6) inches at the time of planting. Service buildings. <br /> (a) Each mobile home court shall have one or more <br /> ~ central community buildinga with central heating which <br /> shall be maintained in a safe, clean and sanitary condition. <br /> Said buildings shall be adequately lighted during all hours <br /> of darkness and shall contain laundry washers, dryers and <br /> drying areas and public telephones, in addition to public <br /> toilets and lavatory.
