City's costs, declared lien. <br /> Any and all costs incurred by the city in the abatement of <br /> a nuisance under the provisions of this chapter shall <br /> constitute a lien against the property upon which sucli <br /> nuisance existed, which lien shall be filed, proven and <br /> collected as provided for by law. Such lien shall be notice to <br /> all persons from the time of its recording and shall bear interest <br /> at the legal rate thereafter until satisfied. <br /> Secs. 16-8-16-19. Storage. <br /> The department of the city acquiring poasession of the <br /> property shall arrange for it.s - storage. If city facilities foz <br /> storage are unavailable or inadequate, the department may ar- <br /> range for storage at privately owned facilities. <br /> Sec. 16-22. Claim by owner. <br /> <br /> The owner of property coming into the possession of the <br /> city may claim the property by exhibiting satisfactory proof <br /> of ownership and paying the city any storage or mainte- <br /> nance costs incurred by it.
