<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> SUBDIVISIONS § 22-5 <br /> deceptively similar to the name of any plat <br /> theretofore recorded in the county. <br /> <br /> (2) Location by section, town, range or by other legal <br /> description. <br /> (3) Names and addreases of the owner, subdivider, <br /> surveyor and designer of the plan. <br /> (4) Graphic scale. <br /> (5) North-Point. <br /> (6) Date of preparations. <br /> <br /> (b) Existing conditions: <br /> (1) Boundary line of proposed subdivision, clearly <br /> indicated. <br /> (2) Egisting zoning classifications. <br /> (3) Total approximate acreage. <br /> <br /> (4) Location, widths and namea of all egisting or <br /> previously platted streets or other public ways, <br /> showing type, width and condition of improve- <br /> ments, if any, railroad and utility right-of-way, <br /> parks and other public open spaces, permanent <br /> buildings and structurea, easements, and section <br /> and corporate lines within the tract and to a <br /> diatance of one hundred (100) feet beyond the <br /> tract. <br /> (5) Location and size of exiating sewers, water mains, <br /> culverts or other underground facilities within the <br /> tract and to a distance of one hundred (100) feet <br /> beyond the tract. Such data as grades of atreets, <br /> invert elevations, and locations of catch basins <br /> and manholes shall also be shown. <br /> (6) Boundary lines of adjoining unsubdivided or <br /> subdivided land within one hundred (100) feet, <br /> identifying by name and ownerahip. <br /> I (7) Topographic data, including contoura at vertical <br /> intervals of not more than two (2) feet, egcept that <br /> 1283 <br />
