Protection of vegetation. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a recreational <br /> motor vehicle in any tree nursery or planting in a manner which <br /> damages or destroys growing stock. Disturbing peace. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any recreational <br /> motor vehicle in a manner which constitutes a public nuisance <br /> and annoys, injures or endangers the health, safety, comfort or <br /> repose of the public. Equipment generally. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a recreational <br /> motor vehicle, unless it is equipped with at least one headlamp <br /> and one taillamp, a deadman's throttle and brakes, such lamps, <br /> throttle and brakes to conform to state law and to standards <br /> prescribed by the rule of the commissioner of highways pursuant <br /> to the authority vested in him by Section 84.86 of Minnesoxa <br /> Statutes.
