Accidental discharges. <br /> Section 5-15 of Article V. of the Sewage and Waste <br /> Control Rules and Regulations for the Metropolitan <br /> Disposal System, as cited in section 28-95, is incorporated <br /> and adopted herein by reference and ahall be applicable to <br /> any and all accidental discharges of prohibited waste into <br /> the sanitary sewer system of the city which either directly <br /> or indirectly eventuates in such prohibited waste flowing <br /> into the Metropolitan Disposal Syatem. (Ord. No. 182, § 6(E), <br /> 12-9-74) <br /> Secs. 28-101-28-107. fteserved. <br /> pIVISION 2. CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> Sec. 28-108. Generally. <br /> Those provisions of the state plumbing code, as the same <br /> is contained in the building code of the city, which apply to <br /> the construction, alignment, grades, joints and connections <br /> of sewers and materials used therewith are hereby adopted <br /> by reference. <br /> Sec. 28-109. Use of old house sewers. <br /> Old house sewers or poXtions thereof may be approved for <br /> use by the plumbing inspector. The plumbing inspector may <br /> request that the old sewer be excavated for the purpose of <br /> facilitating inspection. No cesspool or septic tank shall be <br /> connected to any sewer connections. If any portion of a <br /> house sewer is laid acrosa or over any existing cesspool or , <br /> ' <br /> septic tank, such cesspool or septic tank shall first be <br /> pumped clean and filled with earth to the surrounding ' <br /> ground level. Where a connecting sewer is laid acrosa or <br /> over any exiating ceaspool or septic tank, only Cast Iron <br /> Soil Pipe, conforming to the A.S.T.M. Standard Specification <br /> A-74-42, shall be used for that portion of the connecting <br /> sewer which is laid acroas or over the existing cesspool or ' <br /> septic tank. (Ord.
