Esecution of ordinance; ordinance book. <br /> After an ordinance shall have passed, a complete and <br /> I accurate copy as amended shall be made by the clerk-ad- <br /> ministrator and shall be signed by the mayor or in his <br /> absence by the acting mayor, and deposited with the <br /> clerk-administrator, who shall attest, seal, number, file, and <br /> record or place the same permanently in the ordinance <br /> book. Entry of the complete ordinance as amended directly <br /> into the ordinance book and original signatures and seal <br /> thereon shall be in compliance with this section. R,eserved. <br /> DIVISION 4. AMENDMENTS TO CODE <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-54. Effect. <br /> Any and all additions and amendments to thia Code, <br /> when passed in such form as to indicate the intention of the <br /> city council to make the same a part hereof, shall be deemed <br /> to be incorporated in this Code so that reference to the <br /> "Code of Ordinances of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota," <br /> ahall be understood and intended to include such additions <br /> and amendments. <br /> Sec. 2-56. Manner. <br /> All ordinances pasaed subsequent to the adoption of this <br /> Code which amend, repeal or in any way affect this Code <br /> may be numbered in accordance with the numbering system <br /> of this Code and printed for inclusion herein, or in the case <br /> of repealed chapters, sections and subsectiona or any part <br /> thereof, by subaequent ordinances, such repealed portiona <br /> may be escluded from the Code by omission from reprinted <br /> pages affected thereby, and the subaequent ordinances as <br /> numbered and printed or omitted, in the case of repeal, ahall <br /> I be prima facie evidence of such subsequent ordinances until <br /> 65 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> , <br />
