No. 178, j 3, 5-13-74) <br /> <br /> Sec. 5-19. Display during prohibited hours. <br /> No on-sale establishment shall display liquor to the public <br /> during hours when the sale of liquor is prohibited. <br /> <br /> Sec. 3-20. Sale to certain persons after notice. <br /> No person shall sell intoxicating liquor to any spendthrift or <br /> improvident person after written notice not to do so has been <br /> served on him by a parent, husband, wife, adult, child, or guardian <br /> of such person or by the chief of police or any councilman of the <br /> city. The prohibition of this section shall extend for one (1) year <br /> from the date of the service of the notice. When notice is served by <br /> an authorized person not a city official, a copy of the notice shall <br /> also be served upon the clerk-administrator, but the prohibition <br /> of this section shall be effective without such additional service. <br /> (Ord. Consumption on premises not licensed. <br /> No person shall mix or prepare liquor for consumption in any <br /> public place of business not licensed to sell liquor "on sale," and <br /> no person shall consume liquor in any such place.
