<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ALCUHOLIC BEVERAGES § 3-39 <br /> <br /> (d) Special club licenses ahall be isaued only to incorpo- <br /> rated clubs which have been in existence for fifteen (15) <br /> years or more or to congreasionally chartered veterans' <br /> organizations which have been in existence for ten (10) <br /> years. <br /> (e) "Sunday on-sale" licenses shall be issued only to on-sale li- <br /> qgnsees which have facilities for serving at least thirty (30) guests at <br /> any one time, which are in compliance with the requirements of the <br /> Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act, and which shall serve intoxicating <br /> liquors only in conjunction with the service of food. Peraons ineligible for licenge. <br /> No license shall be issued or transferred to, held by, or <br /> renewed for any peraon: <br /> I (a) Who' is barred from holding a license under the <br /> provisions of Section 340.13, Subdivisions 4 and 12 of <br /> Minnesota Statutes Annotated, which are hereby <br /> incorporated by reference herein. <br /> I (b) . Who is a manufacturer or wholesaler of intoxicating <br /> liquors, but this restriction ahall not prevent the <br /> issuance of a license for leased premises where a <br /> I manufacturer or wholesaler was a bona fide owner of <br /> the premises prior to November first, 1933. <br /> ~ (c)Who is directly or indirectly interested in any other <br /> establiahment in the municipality to which a license <br /> of the same .class has been issued under this division. <br /> (d) Who is prohibited from holding a license under any <br /> . law of the state.
