§ 3-90 AR.DEN HILLS CODE (f) Is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued. (Ord. No. 30, § 6, 12-9-57) Sec. 3-81. Places ineligible for license. (a) No license shall be granted for sale on any premises where a licensee has been convicted of the violation of this article, or of the state beer or liquor law, or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause until sixty (60) days has elapsed after such conviction or revocation. (b) No license shall be granted for any place within five hundred (500) feet of any public school or within five hundred (500) feet of any church. (Ord. No. 30, § 7, 12-9-57; Ord. Any peace officer shall have the unqualified right to enter, inspect and search the premises of a licensee during business hours without a search and seizure warrant and may seize all illegal intoxicating liquora found on the licensed premises. Each application for a license shall be accompanied by a receipt from the city treasurer for payment in full of the required fee for the license. All fees shall be paid into the general fund of the municipality. Upon rejection of any application for a license, the treasurer shall refund the amount paid. (Ord.
